Upon mutual acceptance of terms, align job profiles and mobilization schedules.

Curate a pool of potential candidates from our extensive global database and resource networks, both locally and from ongoing contracts.

Organize interviews, evaluations, and trade tests as required for shortlisted candidates, conducted either by the client or our team at GSR OFFSHORE.

Receive the client’s selection of candidates.

Initiate the onboarding process, including completing contractual, medical, and visa applications, along with any necessary legal transfer formalities.

Commence the scheduled onboarding of projects as per the client’s plan.

Global Transportation, Mobility, and Travel Coordination

We offer comprehensive support to applicants for their local travel needs, which includes air, road, or train transportation, as well as hotel accommodations. Additionally, we provide assistance in reaching medical or training centers, Consulates/Embassies, and airports. For added convenience, we ensure the delivery of original travel documents at the airport for those applicants who are unable to collect them from our office.

Continual Technical Proficiency Development (CPD)

Our services encompass the preparation of project sites, complete with tools and machinery, to assess personnel competency and replicate actual working environments. We strictly adhere to the industry-specific quality control norms outlined by clients, either with their direct involvement or under the guidance of proficient technical evaluators.

Visa Processing and Payroll Management
